LEGAL PRACTITIONER DIRECTOR
In 1993 Mr. Cartwright was admitted as a barrister of the Supreme Court of Queensland and commenced full time employment with Power & Cartwright. He was later admitted as a Solicitor and in 1997 became a Partner of the firm. In 2016 Mr. Cartwright took over the business as Legal Practitioner Director.
Much of his work now involves Deceased Estates, Estate Planning, Property and Commercial Law and he has practiced extensively in the areas of Tourism and Hospitality and in particular in the Motel Industry dealing with both freehold properties and leasehold businesses.
