Carolyn Heather Williams brings more than 42 years of legal experience to her work with Power & Cartwright. Her practice focuses on succession law, wills and estate planning, estate litigation, employment law and commercial litigation.
After beginning her career as a commercial litigator with a large Brisbane-based firm, Carolyn went on to own and manage a medium-sized general legal practice in coastal regional Queensland for 25 years. Over the course of her career, she has developed extensive experience in advising clients across a broad range of legal matters, with a particular focus on the areas in which she now practises.
Carolyn has also made a strong contribution to the community through her service as a board director of a private school and a credit union, as well as through many years of pro bono work for community groups.
She now enjoys practising in Gympie three days a week, focusing on the areas of law that have long been at the centre of her professional work and interests.
